Flying Prototypes & Mockups

The SAL Design and Development team is based in the beautiful state of Goa, India. The Propulsion system has been developed and being fine-tuned by the Flowcopter team based out of Scotland, UK. Together the SAL team work toward creating and prototyping the SH8. In the journey of identifying the type of VTOL we intend to finally go with, we have tried and tested, i.e. FLOWN, almost every conceivable configuration that we thought was an ideal direction to follow. 

Though a lot of simulation and trials happen at the Flowcopter facility, the Design and development team in Goa simply believes in quick prototyping and flying a scale model to test it out. There are just 30 varied craft trials shown in this video, there were many more that didn't make it. But we're sure you will get the confidence, we are not just imagining crafts, we put our ideas to the test.
