Flying Prototypes & Mockups

The UK and India teams work toward creating and prototyping each idea at subscale. In the journey of identifying the type of VTOL we intend to finally go with, we have tried and tested, i.e. FLOWN, almost every conceivable configuration to understand their merits and drawbacks. 

Though a lot of simulation and trials happen at the Flowcopter facility, the Design and development team in Goa is blazingly quick at prototyping and flying appropriately scaled models to test it out. There are just 33 varied craft trials shown in this video, and there are now many more to be added, highlighting that we are not just imagining crafts on the drawing boards, we put each ideas to the test in the air.
