The Joint Venture

SeaHorse Air Limited (SAL) is a joint venture between Flowcopter (Edinburgh – UK) and Evdron (Singapore).

SAL is developing the Seahorse H5  to ferry people along coasts & islands. SAL does not intend manufacturing the crafts to sell but will partner with regional operators in various geographies. The idea is to make sure the local economies also thrive and therefore partnering with local operators is important. SAL will invest in the cost of the crafts and it its maintenance and will share the revenues with a higher percentage to the partners.

The purpose of the joint venture is to use the production ready, tried and tested Flowcopter technology and use that in the patented SH5. The JV has an exclusive license to use Flowcopter's patented "Digital Displacement Hydraulic Transmission Technology" for amphibious,  passenger use case.
